Mrs.SW13 Catering & Events story:

 

Owner & Executive chef Caroline Silfverling: 

"I started my first catering business, in Sweden, in the early 90s. 

Growing up in a restauranteur & music family on an island right outside Stockholm, I had hospitality in my genes from a very young age". 

 

The move to London 20 odd years ago opened up an insight to new cuisines from all over the world, spices, fresh, bold and exciting flavours. "Anything and everything was possible - that was the start of a new journey.

 

My food is all about flavours, working with authentic, ethnical & local suppliers and follow the seasons for fresh and current produce."

 

We don't have any set menus. All our menus are bespoke to each event we do - as each and every event we do is different.

We can also assist with your venue decor, specific themes, colour coordination, lay and style tables, flower arrangements, find the perfect entertainment, hire items (anything from tables to photo booths), DJs...

 

Our local community is very important to us. We volunteer, work closely with local suppliers as well as charities, schools, churches, youth and senior venues, food-banks

and local events to do something important and to try and make a difference.
